Training

Systematic training programmes help in building a solid foundation for Civil Engineers. Training helps the employees to learn and update technical knowledge related to the department in which they work. It helps them to do specific tasks and routine jobs with greater efficiency, in line with the organisational requirements. Training in a structured manner improves efficiency, insight, attitude, adaptability, leadership and human relations. KHRI, a Centre of Excellence for the Road sector, published the ‘Vision Document’ for Constitution of a Training Institute and Guidelines for Training of PWD Engineers on the 19th of Feb 2021. The Vision Document provides a detailed description of the various training programs conducted in KHRI, its course duration, course contents etc.
